मं. वि. राजाध्यक्षांची कन्या मुक्ता एम.ए.ला. इंग्रजी हा विषय घेऊन पहिल्या वर्गात पास झाली. तिचं अभिनंदन करताना पुलंनी आपलं इंग्रजी फार गचाळ आहे असं सुचवीत अशा इंग्रजीची सुंदर नक्कल केली आहे.

I was foning you for the last half hour to congratulate you on my behalf and on be/2 of my better/2 also, but no connexion yaar. So I said maro goli to this telephone and write letter. Fuss class in M. A. is no joke yaar. I never got it. To tell you privately, all bundle professors yaar, except your Bhai who is responsible for my great English...
